Hotel staffs were very helpful and nice. Greet you will a lovely smile and of course "Holla!" they were very helpful. we booked some sight seeing and cabs at the reception, my 2yr old had fun and couldn't wait to go to the restaurant, she looked forward to seeing all the staff. Very professional and hardworking. Now about the hotel - It was nice but could be better. The check in process was Superbenzin easy and we got to check rein way earlier and we deeply appreciated that... sadly we got the room 433* wont say much, but you don't want that room.. one thing i would say is if you don't ask you don't receive... we asked for a different room and they switch us, from then we did begin to enjoy our stay.
